Which of the following is true whether you use a direct quote or an indirect quote? (5 points)
ivolga24 [154]

Answer:

B.You must use an internal citation to indicate the source.

Explanation:

I took the test and got it right. Plus you can tell its correct because you dont use quotation marks in indirect quote as an indirect quote is you rewriting and explaining the quote in your own words so it cant be A.Next you dont have to use the exact words of the quote if are citing in an indirect quote only in a direct quote is that a rule so it cant be C either.Lastly its not D because if you are starting the quote from a comma(,) and continuing it you do not have to use a capital letter. So the only logical answer is B as you always have to cite your source no matter the kind of quote.

It is possible to narrow the topic of your paper too much.
Lyrx [107]
Yes, I believe it's possible. You can potentially narrow your topic down so much that you leave no place to make any strong arguments or counter-claims.

In what ways might this passage be different if it were told from the first person point of view of the husband? the neckalce
Mariulka [41]

Answer:

This story would have been quite different if the husband had been the narrator, as the couple were opposites bound by love.

Explanation:

  • The original passage is in third person point of view so that the readers resonate with Mathilde.
  • The story wouldn't have been exaggerated much in some instances.
  • We would have understood the husband's struggle in finding the necklace.
  • The husband is someone who enjoys simple things in life which would be quite different from Mathilde's point of view- she placed value in luxury that she doesnt posess.

Please help!! a little confused.

For me, Harrison being handicapped more severely than others, shows he is exceptionally more talented than the average person. The H-G men giving Harrison bigger and more intense handicaps indicates they view him as a bigger threat. He continually is outgrowing his hindrances showing he is very good at maneuvering his way through difficult situations.
