so you get a 7-3-2 sqrt 10 triangle to the left

the area of that is 3 sqrt 10

the area of the leftmost rectangle is 5 * 2sqrt 10 which is 10 sqrt 10

the area of the big vertical rectangle is 5*12 which is 60

so you add them up

60 + 13 sqrt 10
