Russia left ww1 because in 1917 Germany agree to an armistice and peace with Russia. So my though is they lost in WW1

<span>The Federal system originally created is the best way to govern though this is not what we currently have and is not what was originally intended. The current Federal system is a mistake. The Federal government should only take care of issues that the federal government can handle ex. defense of the nation, international trade agreements, international treaties, etc.</span>
