The new technology that allowed the Allies to more effectively bomb the Japanese main land, was the capacity of the B-29. If we look at the other ones, we see that all that stuff already exist before the war.

This is all dependent on your own opinion, however, I believe that electric vehicles and smart devices will last from our society. We can not give up the "easy life" that goes hand-in-hand with everything we do. We prefer an easier way of searching things and doing things, similar to the way you asked this question.
