The Northwest Ordinance was an act of the Congress of the Confederation of the United States.
It passed July 13, 1787.
The Ordinance created the Northwest Territory, the first organized territory of the US.
It was considered one of the most important legislative acts of the Confederation Congress.

He was selected as the british emissary to the French frontier establishment. I can't answer the last one, but the rest should be correct :) </span>
<span>Automobiles were luxury items owned by a few until the idea of interchangeable parts came along which helped with the formation of an assembly line. This made making cars faster, which means there were more of them and were easier for less rich people to get.
