I don't see a chance to dance a new dance as a responsibility for these women. They were not being paid so that's a no for wealth. And If it was such a challenge they probably wouldn't have done it. So B. It gave them a sense of independence. :) Have a good day!
it avoided the issue of states rights..... the new goverment could enforce treaties between the states.the new government could settle disputes between the states.
