Since laws are being added and amended over time, the system to amend these laws is very important. Over time things change and laws must be adjusted to fit the rising conflicts or changes being instated by the legislative system and brought upon by the people. If there wasn't a system that would allow laws to be amended, then there would mass conflict and problems in regards to the freedom of the people, because it rests within the laws that are being created and instated upon them.
A high school student would pay the least in taxes, they don’t actually have to pay taxes unless they make more income than the minimum pay grade. however, if they file taxes anyway, the government can send them a tax refund (which means that they’ll get money).
