Bonjour !!
how would I ask my neighbor's ten-years-old his first name ?
if he is only 10 years old, I'm not going to use the formal form of "you" => "vous"
I'll use the unformal form of "you" which is "tu" (2nd pers. sing.)

A- Quel est ton prénom ? (what is your first name ?)
OR
B- Quel est ton nom ? (what's your name ?)
-
EXPLANATIONS
A- Comment vous-appelez-vous ?
(FALSE because you won't use "vous de politesse = formal you)
B- Quel est ton nom de famille ? (what is your family name ? FALSE because the question says "ask his first name....)

hope this helps ☺☺☺
All I know is that Louis XIV's expanded the building around 1661 with Louis le Vau as the architect . Does that help ?
I'm not sure because I've never read the poem before, but just some tips:
1. think about why the author wrote this poem
2. What do you think about it
3. Read it over and over until you can understand what the author is saying perfectly
4. Ask an adult to help you understand the poem if you're having trouble
