Answer: It motivated millions of people to use clever and illegal ways to satisfy their thirst for alcohol.

Explanation:

During the period of Prohibition known as the Progressive Era, the USA started an explosion of economic and social reforms. Many were motivated by conservative religious beliefs that had their roots on moral regulations, where the Prohibition was the most ambitious of them. And because of its own nature, end the production and consumption of alcoholic beverages, had its imminent colossal failure. People did not suddenly stop drinking, they developed different illegal ways of maintaining their alcoholic behavior. Not mentioning the enormous new source of income that criminals had during this period of time, gangsters as “Scarface” Al Capone had their golden age during these years.

Why was germany willing to accept hitler as a dictator and to use the jews as scapegoats?
andrey2020 [161]
Well, in the first World War, Germany lost the war because of the Jewish. Another reason would be that Hitler used myths and lies, and used anti-semitism to his advantage, with myths like how the Jews killed Jesus Christ(when it was actually the Romans) So because of religious prejudice and a long history of anti-semitism made them prime targets.

How were the four levels of spanish colonial society in north america based on birthplace and blood?
Ne4ueva [31]

Answer:

The four colonies include

1. Peninsulares

2. Creoles

3. Mestizos

4. Mulattos

Explanation:

The peninsular was the highest caste in the Spanish colonial society. They were the only class of people who hold public office, and they were from the mainland of Spain. Creoles were the next level of organization, and they were those people directly descendant from Spanish blood but born in the colonies. Mulattoes and mestizos were relatively low classes, and these people were of mixed races between Spaniards and Africans or Native Americans. The Spanish viewed Africans to be the lowest class, even beneath the Native Americans.
