Technique is the way in which an artist creates a work of art, using the media he/she decides to use. The technique and media the artist uses will change the finished results, and the messages and/or feelings it conveys to the viewer.it helps us artists to have a cohesive body of work. ... Some artists have various techniques at the same time, this is generally looked down upon by galleries and collectors, but then maybe they lack imagination. I say an artist should paint what and how they paint anyway they want at any given time.
