Si hablamos de un:

Salud: Se refiere a la falta de protección de grupos poblacionales específicos que presentan problemas de salud particulares, así como a las desventajas que enfrentan para resolverlos, en comparación con otros grupos de población.

Social: esta hace referencia a aspectos sociales amplios, y estos responden a dimensiones del ser humano en las cuales el abuso conlleva a la exclusión social.

Físicas: Esta se refiere a la localización de la población en zona de riesgo físico, condición provocada por la pobreza y la falta de oportunidades para una ubicación de menor riesgo.

Y entre muchos otros aspectos, y al hablarlo de manera general, la vulnerabilidad o ser vulnerable es incapacidad de resistencia cuando se presenta un fenómeno amenazante, o la incapacidad para reponerse después de que ha ocurrido un desastre, prácticamente ser propenso a a algo que no podemos controlar.
