Which style of leadership is being used in the following situation?
wariber [46]

Answer:

This company is using a democratic style of leadership.

Explanation:

Democracy denotes a form of ruling and organizing political and social systems, in which power is formed through consensus and the equally distributed right to vote.

In this sense, a labor organization with hierarchies, but in which its members make decisions jointly, preparing comprehensive proposals and taking into account all opinions without distinction of superiority, is considered a democratic organization. In these democratic organizations there is an evident parallel with political democracy, given the plural participation in decision making.

PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Elenna [48]

Answer:

The correct answer would be:

B. Write an essay explaining the history of the United Nations, starting with its founding and ending with its current role in world politics.

Explanation:

Since chronological order basically means something in order from beginning to end, the only logical answer would be B. Also, by using the process of elimination, you can determine that none of the other answers are correct because they fall under other categories.

Feelings about racism and white nationalism in the United States. What is the root of the problem? What are some solutions?
uysha [10]

Answer:

The root of the problem is human nature. As for possible solutions, unfortunately there are no foolproof solutions.

Explanation:

It's in our nature to compare ourselves to others. This is why some people think of those who are inherently different to be "inferior" to themselves. While it's true that many of us do not think this way, the issue is still caused by the way we subconsciously pinpoint the differences in the people around us. Since we're dealing with our own nature here, there isn't a concrete solution to the problem. No matter how much any of us preach about how racism is wrong, there will always be people who disagree. It's a very saddening conclusion, but we've searched for a solution for many years- only to come up empty handed.

I hope I was able to answer your question :)
