Example A is different from Example B in a way that when your read it you can see that the first document is told in more historical way. it has lots of Historical backgrounds and info about the events. B is different in the way that it isn't at all based with Historial background knowledge. it talks about modern day and the effects of it today not the effects of it back when it first happened. Also some specific evidence in the text is at the end when you read the date, 1922. you can clearly see that's when the article  was published and times have changed from 1922 to the second date found at the bottom of page B which says 1963.
