2) Duck and Cover: This was a method taught to students in school on how to protect yourself from a nuclear attack. This involved ducking under a desk and covering the back of their neck. The Duck and Cover video was shown to millions of students all over the country.

Kristallnacht was an important event as it is considered the beginning of the holocaust. Throughout Germany and Austria, a pogrom was initiated by the Nazis.
