I disagree, the soviet union was already spending so much in military, there was no way that just because they were competing that that’s why the united states won, the united states was also already spending so much it was a cold war. The united states won because of all the allies they had to stop the spread on communism, and then the iron curtain came down.

The terrorist´s main goal in committing the September 11, 2001 attacks was to cause terror within the frame of massive casualties in a scenario happenning inside the United States.
