What is the theme of the book called kick off like Donna King
exis [7]

I think the themes of “Kickoff” are Bullying and Friendship at the same time. Bullying because a girl named Alicia is always trying to be so much better then Tyra but she cant so she gets jealous and hurts her in soccer or gets her friends too trip her. The last time someone tripped her she sprained her ankle and might not be able to play in the game that is only a week and a half away. Also friendship because one of Alicia’s friends named Molly is against all the bullying on Tyra and is Tyra’s only good friend that she can talk to.Tyra really misses her old home in Florida and Molly supports her. Molly is also really interested in how Tyra played soccer in Florida for the Tampa Bay Butterflies.

valina [46]

Answer:

Hasty generalization

Explanation:

This describes the fallacy of hasty generalization. This fallacy occurs when a conclusion is reached, despite the fact that the information is insufficient or biased. Therefore, the conclusion is not logically justified. This fallacy proceeds from the particular to the general, as it bases its conclusions on a small sample, and tries to extrapolate this information to the population at large.

Which of the following sentences show the word “choose” in the present perfect, passive tense?
olga_2 [115]
The answer is the first option, "We have been chosen."

The present perfect tense is characterized by the usage of the words "have [verbed/verben, etc.]." However, since this sentence must also be in the passive voice, we must act accordingly. Instead of "We have chosen," the sentence now reads as "We have been chosen."
Hope I could have been of assistance!(See what I did there?)
