Two of the major factors that contributed to Russia’s war difficulties during WWII were political infighting and the fact that they were fighting the large majority of the war and suffering by far the worst casualties.

The Holy Roman Empire was composed of different states that have its own European powers, regional powers, religion. It became the first arena of religious conflict because other states wanted to extend their power and religion to its neighboring states which resulted to a series of wars which started in 1524 and ended in 1648 with the Peace of Westphalia.

Some of the causes were: overproduction by farmers, consumerism (prioritizing spending above saving), speculation in the stock market, and uneven distribution of wealth.
This was because of there location and natural resources.
