Amoeba: Also ameba. A single-celled (protozoan) organism that constantly changes shape. The word "ameba" is from the Greek "amoibe" meaning "change." Ameba can infect the bowels to cause diarrhea and the liver to cause abscess formation. Here is more information. The definition of an amoeba is a one-celled organism, common in water and soil, possessing no set cell organs, structure, or defining shape. An example of an amoeba is an invisible organism called Entamueba histolytica which is found in tropical areas that are unclean, and causes the deadly disease dysentery. Hope this helps! Adenine in DNA is complementary to
vesna_86 [32]

Answer:

DNA is also called deoxyribonucleic acid which is made up of two chains which wind around each other to form a double helix model. The 2 DNA strands are also called polynucleotides and they are made up of monomeric units known as nucleotides. These nucleotides are made up of one of four nitrogen-containing nucleobases: cytosine, guanine, adenine and thymine, a phosphate group, and sugar known as deoxyribose.

Nitrogen bases present on the two separate polynucleotides strands are bound together with the help of base pairing (such as adenine with Thymine) and with hydrogen bonds to form double-stranded DNA.

So, adenine in DNA is complementary to thymine.

Question 3
shepuryov [24]

The statements Molecule B can be used to produce molecule A and Molecules B and C interact so that amino acids can be joined together are TRUE regarding the structures shown in the diagram (Options B and E).

What are transcription and translation?

Transcription is the process by which a DNA template (molecule B) can be used to synthesize a complementary RNA (molecule A), while translation is a process in which an sequence is used as templates to generate a protein, which requires tRNAs (molecule C) to trasnport amino acids to the ribosomes.

Therefore, with this data, we can see that DNA is molecule B used to create RNA, which is molecule A, while tRNA is represented by molecule C and it is used during translation.

Jelaskan pengertian dari insekta, dan sebutkan contoh nya.
Goshia [24]
Insects (Insecta) are the most diverse of all animal groups. There are more species of insects that there are species of all other animals combined. Their numbers are nothing less than remarkable, both in terms of how many individual insects, as well as many species of insects that are. In fact, there are many insects that is not very known how to count them all, the best thing we can do is to make calculations.

Approximate scientists who can be as many as 30 million species of insects alive today. To date, they have identified over 1 million. At any time, the number of live insects on our planet is amazingly, some scientists estimate that for every human being alive today, there are 200 million insects.

The success of insects as a group is also reflected in the diversity of habitats in which they live. Insects are more numerous in the land such as deserts, forests and grassland environments. They are also numerous fresh water such as ponds, lakes, streams and wetlands habitats. Insects are relatively scarce in habitats marine, but are more common in the waters brackish, like marshes and mangrove

Gestational age can also be estimated by measuring the fundal height. This is done by measuring from the pubic bone to the top of the uterus. The measurement in centimeters roughly equal to the gestational age in weeks from the last menstruation.
