Well, if you are talking about body immunity, you can build it up by being sick in the first place, and as your blood cells are use to that virus after having it once, they can fight it off for the next time being. The second way is being healthy. (Sleep, exercise, eating healthy, etc.) You could also get a vaccine lol. Hoped this helped :)
