Rearrange to get variables on one side:

Simplifiy:
-4 = 5x
Isolate the variable:
-4/5 = x
Y = -6x - 15
We’re already at -3 (y) and the slope is negative so the y intercept is < -3. X is -2 and we need to find the y when x is 0. -2 is 2 away from 0 and 6 (the slope) times 2 is 12. -3 - 12 = - 15

From what I think of this question, i think of 9x37 and 8x37 OR 9/37 and 8/37. either way
8x37=296
9x37=333
9/37=0.2432
8/37=0.2162
Is This Substitution?
Cause if it is, then Y = 3x - 4
Y = 4 + x
= (4, 8)
