Why is it important to keep people's "intersections" or<br> complex identities in mind?
maks197457 [2]

Answer:

Intersectionality is a framework for conceptualizing a person, group of people, or social problem as affected by a number of discriminations and disadvantages. It takes into account people's overlapping identities and experiences in order to understand the complexity of prejudices they face.

(In the business world, understanding intersectionality is an important part of practicing inclusion because it defines how different facets of identity contribute to our unique perspective and team participation, as well as the ways in which different types of discrimination overlap with one another.)

In the early 1600s, Bhutan’s religious and political power was consolidated by a Tibetan
adelina 88 [10]

The correct answer is C. Tibetan Lama

Explanation:

Before the early 1600s, Bhutan, a country in Asia, was divided into multiple kingdoms each with differences in terms of political power, religion, culture, among others. This division ended around 1616 when a Lama or Buddhist spiritual leader from Tibet known as Ngawang Namgyal unified all the territory of Buthan, created a constitution or code for all the territory, and establish Buddism as the religion, which created a unified nation. Thus, it was a Tibetan Lama the one that consolidated Bhutan.

Which war led to the ratification of women’s voting rights, as it was the time women were significantly involved in the war effo
AVprozaik [17]

Answer:

World War 1.

- Women worked in factories, business jobs, rallied support, addressed famine problems, and did more for the war effort after men had to leave their jobs for war. Since their posts became empty- but still needed filling- women worked instead. They didn't just work, they worked diligently and with skill. They built aircrafts, sewed uniforms, and did much more than anyone ever expected. President Wilson said "the services of women during this supreme crisis of the world's history have been of the most signal usefulness and distinction. The war could not have been fought without them or its sacrifices endured. It is high time that some part of our debt of gratitude to them should be acknowledged and paid, and the only acknowledgment they ask is their admission to the suffrage.
