Answer:

A note duration pyramid, or a Rhythm Pyramid is a simple way to show how music notes relate to each other based on the note´s relative duration.

Explanation:

In written music, notes have a code or symbol used to represent the note´s duration. In the picture attached we can see an example of a Note Duration Pyramid, where at the top we see the symbol for a "whole note", which has a time duration of four beats in a 4/4 time signature. Below we have the "half note", which has half the duration of a "whole note", then the "quarter note", which is played for a quarter of the duration of a "whole note" or half the duration of a "half note", below is the "eighth note", which has one eighth the duration of a "whole note", and then is the "sixteenth note", which is played for half the duration of an "eighth note", and so on.

So the pyramyd is a basic way to subdivide music measures, and an easy way to learn and remember the different note values or duration, and their symbols.

How does shakespeare manage to accomplish the escalate of suspense in hamlet act 2
Novay_Z [31]
He had two seperate plot developments happen at the same time. He also forshadowed and Hamlet going mad a little. Even though in this scene it was suppose to be faked. The scenes would be what Gertrude, which includes the discussion with the ambassadors; Hamlet’s conversation with Polonius, in which we see Hamlet consciously feigning madness for the first time; Hamlet’s reunion with Rosencrantz and Guildenstern; and the scene with the players, followed by Hamlet’s concluding speech on the them. These separate plot developments take place in the same location and occur in rapid succession. This causes suspense to build for it leaves us wandering what can happen next.

What does the time signature tell us? Why do you think it is important to know the time signature?
Tems11 [23]

Answer:

The time signatures top number tells how many beats are in each measure and the bottom number tells what note will have one full beat.

For example 4/4 means four beats per measure and that the whole not will recieve one beat

I do think that the time signature is important because it tells the beat of the music how long a note is. It also tells you how many beats there are going to be per measure.
