ds! I tried uninstalling, making a new account, restarting my phone but nothing works plz help :(

I had the same problem but it worked fine for me after i uninstalled and reinstalled maybe use socratic for sometime

Sometimes that happens for no reason, it’ll usually resolve itself though. The other day I was having this same issue on another app, so I understand what you’re talking about.
