Does anyone know what this means on my sisters hand.

They look really dry. maybe wash them to get anything that could be irritating the skin off then moisturize them in a thick lotion and vaseline on top and put on gloves so that it has time to soak in the skin. try to do this for a couple nights. hope this helps

I think that’s dry skin, try putting lotion after washing her hands.
