Alinara [238K]

Answer:

The person’s ability and willingness

Explanation:

Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard are probably the most important authors when talking about situational leadership, their book was first published in 1982 and since then it has become very well known .

The objective that situational leadership has is to give a classification to the followers that are analyzed, taking a matrix as a reference. However, it is important not to forget that analyzing a group is not the same to analyzing an individual and it is vital to be careful when dealing with it.
