Hi!

That's a funny one xD

The correct answer is A
Tell them you are busy now and suggest an alternative time to talk.

The other options are not good because if you just tell them you are bus now, you will lost the client. They will think you are not care for them. You can't tell them to make an appointment with your assistant because they want to talk with you,not the assistance. OMG always keeping the door closed is the worst xD. It shows that you don't welcomed people so you wouldn't have enough client.

I hope this helps!

Maywood, Inc. signs a $17,000, 8.5%, six-month note dated November 1, 2017. The interest expense recorded for this note in 20
exis [7]

Answer:

$241

Explanation:

Of the six month tenor of the note, the period that falls into 2017 is 2 months (that is, November 1 to December 31). In addition, by default, interest rates are stated on an annual basis except indicated otherwise. Therefore, it is assumed that 8.5% rate indicated in the question is an annual rate.

The computation of the interest that falls into 2017 is as follows:

= Note Amount*interest rate*\frac{number of months in 2017}{12 months in a year}

= $17,000 * 8.5% * 2/12

= $240.83

= approx. $241.

juin [17]

Answer:

Lets asume Taley Corp. is in Georgia

shareholders are typically not afforded the same rights as members of the board. Yet, shareholder rights allow for the inspection of business records as long as they follow the rules for inspecting documents under Georgia law

Explanation:

In Georgia, the statute provides shareholders have the right to copy the following records during normal business hours at the corporation’s principal office upon request

In order to access these particular records, shareholders have to make a good faith demand to inspect and the purpose for inspecting must be proper and reasonably relevant to the legitimate interest of the shareholder.

Shareholders also have to provide a description that reasonably indicates the purpose of the inspection and the requested records have to be directly connected to the shareholder’s purpose. Additionally, the records may only be used for the stated purpose.
