Most of Poes works are dark and mysterious. There are a few that are nostalgic, so based upon this, Im going with nostalgia.
C. There is no mention or anything revolving Romance. Anyone who read or seen it would know.
I think this is definitely WHO because the story is talking about a certain unknown character.
