Leg curls are focused on the muscles of the lower leg or hamstrings. Hamstrings are the largest calf muscles which should be exercised and trained frequently. Leg curls can be performed by a lying position. Leg curls should be done properly because, sometimes leg curls can cause back pains and lower back pain.
-Talk in a calm manner and give them eye contact
-If you need help trying to say something, try writing it down first
- Break the silence by introducing yourself before they do so
-If you are nervous, take a deep breath
- Stay focused on you goal and purpose
-Make sure you take your time with the patient,
-make your pateint feel really comfortable and cared about as you work with them
-Make sure you smile and dont have stiff muscles.
