Answer:

-A centrally managed economy means that only the state is entitled to the provision of goods and services, as a result of which the market mechanism (balance of supply and demand) lapses.

A planned economy is the so-called top-down economy, that is: at the highest level of an imaginary pyramid, the economy is determined by a few people and spreads down to the lowest level (the consumer). In a planned economy, the consumer can only control supply by inducing politics to do so. That is why we speak of a supply-driven economy.

In a completely planned economy, all the factors of production are in the hands of the state, in a completely free market they are in private hands.

To influence supply in a free market economy, a consumer chooses whether or not he buys a product. However, the consumer cannot force a producer to produce product X or Y. In a planned economy, the government has that power and can therefore decide that certain products should be produced more or less.

which ideology liberal or conservative would most likely support entitlement and means-tested programs?
Vadim26 [7]
The conservative welfare state, also known as the Christian welfare state, highlights a government regime with the least centralized system of governing. The conservative welfare state believes that decision-making should be directed by local levels rather than a centralized form of governing.

Two brooms leave town at the same time going in opposite directions. One travels at 45 mi/hr. The other travels at 30 mi/hr. In
expeople1 [14]

Answer:

53.33 hours or 53 hours and 20 minutes.

Explanation:

Given, one travels at 45 miles/hr and another 30 miles/hour.

Let, the slower broom, S1 = 30t

According to the Question,

S1 + 800 = 45t....... (1)

S1 = 45t - 800......(2)

t is constant for because time is equal for both.

Now, putting (1) in equation (2),

30t = 45t - 800

30t - 45t = - 800

15t = 800

t = 53.33

So, the answer is 53.33 hours.
