Good practices:
Speaking clearly
Standing straight and tall
Controlling your pacing
Speaking with the same volume
Moving your hand often to keep attention
Bad practices:
Looking at your notes the entire time
D the audiences familiarity of the topic.
If they aren't then you have to explain more if not then you can jump right in to your main point.
It would basically be a mess (trust, me I got a very bad grade on a writing prompt way back in elementary school because I was not prepared.
