Explain the relationship between the 5th and 6th amendment and miranda v. Arizona .Cite evidence from the text in your response.
julsineya [31]
I only know a little bit about it, so the fifth amendment is the right to remain silent, Miranda rights and double jeopardy. while the six amendment it right to a speedy trial with jury for criminal cases. In that case Miranda was accused of kidnapping and raping an 18 year old, they took him in without telling him his rights which means that he did not know he could remain silent, they made him talk but since they did not tell him his civil rights he won the case. Which created the Miranda rights. Now double jeopardy means that they can't accuse him of the same crime. That's all I know and I hope this helps a little, I can't cite anything cause I got this off my government teacher.

mojhsa [17]

Answer:

Kelly is a self-motivated person.

Explanation:

As we may know, some people require certain incentives to be motivated; from <em> paid trips</em> to a <em>"Well done</em>" phrase by someone you appreciate. However, some people are <em>self-motivated</em>, as they don't need any type of tangible incentive to actually feel motivated and go for what they want, their interest about something is enough to pursue their goals. This is Kelly's case, as she doesn't need a<em> certificate,</em> or a <em>"go for it" </em>phrase, she also doesn't need someone to convince her and approve what she wants to do; as mentioned, she only needs her interest and some free time.

MrRissso [65]
There are numerous things he/she should do. For starters, create an outline. See if there is enough legitimate sources regarding a possible thesis. See whether the thesis itself would be worthy of researching. Consult professionals such as teachers or librarians or scientists or similar.
