Janet says, "I didn't get a job offer because the interviewer was biased and it was a nasty day. However, Ellen didn't get an of
Makovka662 [10]

Answer:

Self-serving bias

Explanation:

The reason why "Self-serving bias" would be the correct answer because Janet gave a reason to why she didn't get the job offer to make her feel good.

Janet is pretty much trying to keep her self-esteem high, due to the fact that she didn't get the job offer.

Janet would be "hiding" the literal reason to why she didn't get the job offer. Janet could've possibly not got the job for other reasons, but instead she blames it on the interviewer and says how that day wasn't a good day.

You can tell it's self-serving bias because she's giving a excuse to why she didn't get the job offer, but gives a valid statement to why the other person, Ellen, didn't get the job offer.

She gives a valid reason to why Ellen didn't get the job offer, due to the fact that she wasn't qualified, while she gives herself an excuse of the interviewer being biased as the reason she didn't get the job offer. Janet is "favoring" herself in this situation.

I hope this helped you out.

Good luck on your academics.

Have a fantastic day!

Identify the major flaw with john
b. watson's little albert experiment.
dmitriy555 [2]

The major flaw was that it is not at all ethical by any means to expose a child and induce fear in him, fear is a harmful element and especially when the subject is a child it becomes more unethical.

This was a famous experiment by John Watson and Rosalie Rayner for which they received much criticism. The child whose name was "Albert" but is famously known as "Little Albert" moved shortly after the experiment so it was a mystery what happened to him until recently when he was found as “Douglas Merritte” who died before he was found.

Which factor was greatest advantage of the United States in world war 11
Ronch [10]

The greatest advantage of United States in world war II was its ability to rapidly transition from peace to war and mass produce weapons and war equipment at a colossal scale. This was so effective that the USA was able to make up for time lost, and the nation was able to effectively train the necessary forces and then exert a massive material superiority.

America was able to build up an air force that came to dominate the skies, and with this air superiority, it was all but over for the enemy, the Axis forces.

Who here is part of the LBGTQ+ community. And what are some of the problems to you have to face because you are part of the comm
otez555 [7]

Answer:

I am Trans and Pansexual.

Explanation:

Im not going to say what problems I have to face but people do need to change on how they look at things now. We are all human, no matter what and everyone needs to know that. I feel like in schools the need to have some type of program for the LGBTQ+ community. To show and tell kids the importance of showing love to one another. We all have feelings. We all breakdown and bleed. We all have some sort of disabilities and or disorders. We all need to be loved and appreciated. No matter what. We all are human and we will have our times were we will breakdown. Everyone needs to hear this. It is important, to love yourself and who you are, WITHOUT having the feeling of NOT being loved or appreciated.
