Books can also give you more information about a topic or subject. Help you learn something new every day. Books can also strengthen your vocabulary, reduce stress, improve memory skills, and help you do better in writing. Books tell a story of my life because they Improved Focus and Concentration. The third physical object that tells a story of my life is food because it gives me strength and helps my body to grow and be healthy. Food also gives us energy and helps us function. These three things have had a big impact on my life and this is why I choose these specific things because they help me learn to write and help me be energetic.
