The United States continues to violate treaties with the Lakota.

Explanation:

The U.S. government’s policies led to expanding their boundaries occupied by Native Indian. The policies towards Indians manage to exploit and forced them to submit to the government. It was not fair to put Lakota Indians on the reservation because it reserved their freedom and rights. The outbreak between the US Army and American Indians began because of the presence of gold in the Black Hills. The result of the war was dreadful for Lakota and other tribes.
