Like I could say no but yes at the same time bc sometimes they know exactly what they are doing and do it anyways but no bc there still young but I might say yea

Depends.

Explanation:

If they have changed, then yes. If someone looks at their brain waves and their heart rate when asking certain questions, and everything comes out clear, also yes. But, if the person is laughing about what they did, or faking how they feel about something in any way then no. If they have a life sentence without parole, that means that they did something horrible. I still think that they should have an opportunity to share their side of the story though. It could have been an accident.
