How did TR taft and wilson compare in their approaches to reform?

History
1 answer:
lord [1]3 years ago
7 0

TR mainly focused on conservation of natural resources, consumer protection. Taft did MUCH MORE trust busting.  Wilson pushed for economic reform (Underwood Tariff Act and the creation of the Federal Reserve system) lower tariffs, and a federal income tax. None did very much in regards to civil rights--Wilson being the worst.

I believe that would be E. The closest answer would be D, but these colonists were very Puritan and didn't like how the church was being run at all, so they moved to an entirely different country to get away from it. They wanted major changes in church practices, but that would never happen, so they went away and started their own society which followed their own values.
