Answer:

Document 2 shows how the United States handle getting ready for war against North Korea. In the document it shows the United States wasn't discrete about their plans. The United States was ready for war no matter the cost. But for Document 3 it shows how North Korea attempt to over throw South Korea's government, when they failed they knew they need to prepare quietly. North Korea was ready to Invade and take South Korea by surprise, but South Korea was ready to fight back. Soon other nations including the United States joined South Korea to fight against North Korea.
