Divions existed between social classes, everyone had to change their way of living and they all had to follow the hammurabis code to live in a common surrounding. I think thats what it is, im just guessing.
The first major way in which the Albany Plan would have helped the colonies fight the french is that it would have allowed for a self-taxing system that would have brought in more revenue. It also would have allowed the colonies to unite militarily.
