It is to bring into your knowledge that we have started a small company in the downtown alley, the company has small office and there is almost 50 employees who will be working in the office. There is shortage of basic amenities like water and garbage colllection is dummbed beside the street so there is smell on the street which impact the office building too. To keep the  company working environment hygiene factors are important. Employees will not be able to work in the smelly environment and provision of water into the building is also necessary. The company cannot operate smoothly if these concerns are not responded.

I therefore request you to kindly pay attention to our concerns and try to solve the problem with immediate effect. Your cooperation is highly regarded in this matter.
