2 Why did Gopal's wife collapse to the floor?

(please help me find out the ans.)
Alborosie

Answer:

She had just been informed that a surgical operation needed to be carried out on her husband who had been critically ill and bedridden.

Explanation:

Gopal"s wife had just been informed that a surgical operation needed to be carried out on her husband who had been critically ill and bedridden for about one and half months.

This was the verdict of Dr Raman, Gopal's long-term friend, whose frankness and openness had earned him a reputation of being truthful.

Hence if Dr Raman said it, then it must be true.

Hence Dr Raman's verdict of the need to carry out an urgent operation on Gopal, in addition to the strain of protracted caring for her husband, was too much for Gopal's wife to bear, weakened her and made her to collapse on the floor.

Which type of evidence is used in this excerpt?
Sholpan [36]

This question is from 'Politics and English Language'. The answer is examples. The question is also incomplete.

Explanation:

 • The question is Silly words and expressions have often disappeared, not through any evolutionary process but owing to the conscious action of a minority. Two recent examples were explored every avenue and leave no stone unturned, which were killed by the jeers of a few journalists.
 • Orwell's purpose is to persuade the readers to use simple language in political writing. He achieves this by using simple examples and rules for writing.
 • He also suggests the steps to choose the words correctly.

PLEASE HELP ME
BlackZzzverrR [31]
Why not look for examples on the Internet and try to do it on your own? Still, I know how hard it is to come up with something on your own when you are writers blocked.

I think this would be repetition:

I remember:

I remember the day I meet you
You were beautiful, I admit
I remember the times you caressed me
You meant everything to me

I remember you today
You will always be in my heart
I remember you always
You will never leave my memories

This would be using simile and metaphor:

Breakup

Breakup is a terrible feeling
It's like a burning fire which crumbles your heart into ashes
It's like a black hole you are being consumed into
Breakup is a terrible though

Breakup is a terrible enemy
It's like a war you are to face
It's a heavy rock you are to carry
Break is a terrible thing

These are my original poems using my own words. I hope this helped!!! :)
