The correct answers are:

a) There is a positive correlation between salary and employee satisfaction.
b) 92.5
c) There is an increase of 0.0005 in employee satisfaction for each salary increase.

Explanation:

a) There is a positive correlation because as the salary increases, the employee satisfaction also increases.
b) Using the equation of the line of best fit, y=0.0005x+60, we sill substitute 65000 in for x:
y=0.0005(65000)+60 = 32.5+60 = 92.5.
c) 0.0005 is the slope of this equation. Slope is rate of change of a line, and is represented as rise over run; the rise in this case is the increase in employee satisfaction and the run is the increase in salary.

18. equivalent
16x5 does equal 10x8
19. equivalent
13-0 does equal 0
20. Not equivalent
12-2 doesn’t not equal 7-3
For all three of these equations you have to use PEMDAS (systems of equations) so first you solve everything that’s in parentheses, then any exponents, followed by multiplication, division, addition, and lastly subtraction. You MUST follow that order to get the correct answer.

Name a rational and irrational number of 160
nignag [31]
To be pefectly honest, your question really doesn't make sense.
160 is a rational number, and there isn't any irrational number that's
related, connected, or tied to it in any particular way.

The table below shows the number of marbles of different colors in a bag:
noname [10]
There are a total of 5+8+2=15 marbles. There's a 5/15 chance of drawing a red marble in the first trial. Then, there are 4 red marbles and 14 total marbles left, so afterwards, there's a probability of 4/14 that the second marble is red. The probability overall is found by multiplying these together, so the first answer is the best.

There are 2+6+7=15 cakes. There's a 6/15 chance that the first cake selected will be a pineapple cake, and then a 2/14 chance that the second cake selected will be a strawberry cake, by the same logic as above. This is equal to 12/210. The first answer is the best option.
