Why were people in the north angry about the emancipation proclamation
Gwar [14]
Lol dude, they weren't angry about it at all. It was the South who were a bunch of babies about it. The Emancipation Proclamation said that all slaves were free, and so many Northerners wanted slavery OUT, while people in the South resisted. So people in the South instead were angry about it because they didn't want to be considered equals with black people. They wanted to continue owning black people, and couldn't go on with their lives knowing that their slaves weren't their slaves anymore.

Breanna is more likely to feel depressed than Terron. When Breanna is sad, she constantly thinks about negative events, why the
Zielflug [23.3K]

Answer:Breanna exhibits a ruminative negative cognitive style and Terron uses a distracting cognitive style.

Explanation:

ruminative and distracting:

Ruminative cognitive style occurs when one is stressed and they feel like the situation is permanent and can not be changed. They think a lot about the situation , how disastrous it is and usually they turn it too personally where they see themselves as deficient and flawed. They can't get over the stressful situation so they sit an mourn over it for days and it affect even the way they are around others , they may even isolate themselves. That what Brianna is doing .

Terron on the other hand has found something that can distract him from the whole painful or stressful situation until he can be able to release it , as he jogs he is releasing all the stressful hormones that have been caused by the situation and after a good jog he feels better and fresh. This is a distracting cognitive thinking where one find something that can replace or eliminate the situation that is bothering them without dwelling on the situation.

What are the differences between standardized test and non standardized test?
erastovalidia [21]

STANDARDIZED TEST -: A standardized test is any form of test that

(1) requires all test takers to answer the same questions, or a selection of questions from common bank of questions, in the same way, and that

(2) is scored in a “standard” or consistent manner, which makes it possible to compare the relative performance of individual students or group.

NON - STANDARDIZED TEST --:

A non-standardized test is one that allows for an assessment of an individual's abilities or performances, but doesn't allow for a fair comparison of one student to another. ... VALIDITY OF TEST Validity is the ability of the test to measure what it is intended to measure.
