It must be A or D.

The problem is that 3 doesn't go into 46 so you have to change it to something that is divisible by 3. Of the numbers given, the best one is 45

2/3 * 45 = 2 * 15 = 30

How close is that (remember you have to give 30 as your answer)?

The actual answer is 30.36 which makes your estimate very good.
