Answer:

I think we should pass a law making all recreational drugs legal, but with certain control measures in place. Since we can not stop people from taking recreational drugs we could at least try to control their use, and hold them responsible for their actions. And yes, I said every drug, including heroin, crack, crystal meth, and acid. Alcohol and tobacco would also be covered under this law (I'm not sure about caffeine yet). All of them would be legal, but their use would be regulated. Perhaps a new version of the current classification scheme of drugs would work, since some drugs are clearly more dangerous than others.
