16*3= 48
The bike would be about 48 units.
I'm assuming you mean a 16:1 scale.
16:1= 16/1 which =16

b=AD+DC
Use Pythagorean theorem twice:
AD^{2}+9.4^{2}=7.9^{2}
AD=5.09

DC^{2}+23.2^{2}=7.9^{2}
DC=21.81

Thus:
b=26.9

And:
Area=\frac{26.9 \times 7.9}{2}=106.26
