       Sir,

                  COMPLAINT OF FAULTY TELEVISION SET

       I humbly write to bring to your notice that I purchased a faulty LG LCD television set from your shop on the 16th day of May 2020.

       After purchasing the said television set on that day, I went home to discover that only one part of the screen is working while the other part is blank.

       When I discovered this, I quickly returned the television set along with my warranty certificate to the shop. I met a certain sales girl whose ID card had the name Christy Lawanson. She addressed me very rudely and insisted that the television was tested and confirmed okay before I left the shop. She refused to look at my warranty certificate nor attend to me until now.

      I humbly request that you use your good office to address this matter and call the aforementioned sales girl to order.
