The animals succeed in overthrowing Mr. Jones. The pigs are the new ruling class. The dogs are in charge of the security of Napoleon, the ruler, so their quality of life is better than that of the other animals. They have the same hard work to do and little food to eat. This is painted on the wall "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others."
