Answer:  C. People in Japan watching Disney movies

This is an example of Japanese culture taking in culture from the United States. So the two cultures blend together in a way.

Choice A can be ruled out as it doesn't mention anything about other cultures.

Choice B can be ruled out as well for similar reasons, and I'm assuming polka music is of German origin.

Choice D can be ruled out because Michigan is a state in the United States, so we aren't mixing two different cultures from two different countries.

Answer:

C

Explanation:

cultural diffusion, as conceptualized by Leo Frobenius in his 1897/98 publication Der westafrikanische Kulturkreis, is the spread of cultural items—such as ideas, styles, religions, technologies, languages—between individuals, whether within a single culture or from one culture to another. It is distinct from the diffusion of innovations within a specific culture. So therefore an american made film (a Disney movie) being viewed in Japan would be cultural diffusion

Elina [12.6K]

Answer:

I can authorize that dissagree with this.

Explanation:

The reason why is bc the water in the ocean currents continuously move from one place to another.  Which can transport warm water fron the equatorial climate towards the north pole and the south pole in the polar climates.  Then the cold water tranfers back to the equator where it started off.  Though the global climate is the one that can regulate what the temperatures are in the ocean.

Does the economic gains outweigh the economic losses of deforestation
GarryVolchara [31]
I believe not but it really depends on the person's opinion. On one hand we have further industrialized the world at the cost of deforestation which is good for corporations but on the other hand lots of animals are losing their habitats which is fairly bad.

Hope this helps! :D

Different rock types are known to have their own relative strength.

Based on their strength, rocks are classified into hard and soft rocks.

Soft rock types are dominated by sedimentary rock. Sedimentary rocks are formed by accumulation and deposition of sediments. They are often layered.

Metamorphic and igneous rocks are usually classified as hard rocks. These rocks forms under very high temperature and pressure conditions.

In engineering applications, the soft rocks not desired for construction purposes although they have their own unique material functions.

Hard rocks are used for heavy duty and durable constructions like dams and bridges.
