In an ecosystem, there are producers of food and there are consumers. The consumers can be herbivores that consume plants or carnivores (that predate on other consumers). In the case of a particular food chain, the removal or modification of consumers or producers severely affects the other.

Sergio [31]

"I madly made exaggerated corrections with the cycle. We zigged crazily in mid zag, then zagged wildly in mid zig." This passage is an example of using language to convey movement

Option D

Explanation:

When reading the given phrase, it tells that the changes made in cycle in some large represented way. Means, made corrections in the zigzag direction of course and then in the weaken area. So, it clearly shows that the given passage denotes the language used to deliver the about the corrected cycle's motion.

If we look into the other choices, 'exaggeration' denotes magnification, 'satire' means use of humour, and 'irony' indicates 'sharpness'. These terms are not best suited as example to the given passage. Hence, concluded option D as right one.

VLD [36.1K]

Answer:

The answer is a double-blind study.

Explanation:

A double-blind study is a research method in which neither the participants or the researchers are aware about which group is receiving the treatment. This is done in order to avoid biases such as the placebo effect, as well as preventing accidental cues given by the researchers.

The greatest advantage of this approach is its high validity.
