We’ve got a job: the 1963 childrens match
astra-53 [7]

Answer:

We’ve got a job: the 1963 childrens match

In 1958, when he was nine, his mother got a job as a dental assistant – and a raise. At about the same time, Wash got a job, too. Six days a week for eight years, he woke up by four o'clock in the morning to deliver milk. By the time he got to school each day, he'd already put in almost half a day's work.

How does this excerpt help readers make a personal connection to the story?

Explanation:

1 by connecting readers to his mother’s medical training.

2 by connecting readers to the milk-delivery business.

3 by connecting readers to Wash’s academic success.

4 by connecting readers to Wash’s daily work routine.

What important idea from the text does the illustration support?
SVEN [57.7K]

An important idea from the text does the illustration support we think about there are 3 types of learners. Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic. Visual means you're the type of learner that depends and looks at someone drawing symbols, or doing the lecture physically. The weakness is that you can't really listen based on hearing you must learn physically in depth.

An example of an illustration is a picture accompanying a magazine article. An example of an illustration is the description of deforestation used to show the harm that humans are having on the environment. A picture designed to decorate a volume or elucidate a literary work.

The illustration is viewed mostly as fine art. Graphic design is more about communicating with a target audience, while illustration is concerned mostly with a creative interpretation. Milton Glaser says, 'To design is to communicate clearly by whatever means you can control or master.

PLZ HELP!!!!
jolli1 [7]

Answer:

So far what I know about Zebra is he's a runner. In the first paragraph, it states how they started to call him Zebra before or after he started running. It also looks like Zebra enjoys zebras. In the third and fourth paragraphs, it states how he went to see zebras in the zoo and in a movie. That's most likely how he fell in love with zebras. That's what we know about Zebra judging from the 4 given paragraphs.
